If an archive or a restore went wrong
Four things make it reproducible in a minute:
- Your device and system version.
- How many photos were selected and whether Live Photos or panoramas were among them.
- The stage shown when it stopped: exporting, encoding, verifying, saving.
- The alert text shown, word for word.
