Terms of use

The service

Photo2Video Archive is a photo-archiving utility for iPhone and iPad published by Arte Soft EOOD. It packs selected photos into an HEVC video, saves it to Photos, and restores frames or originals on request. By using it you agree to these terms.

Archives and deletion

You choose what is archived and what is deleted. The app removes originals only after you confirm in the system Photos sheet, and warns you not to delete the archive video. Keep the archive video and, for byte-exact restore, keep the app installed. Arte Soft EOOD is not responsible for loss resulting from deleting an archive video, deleting the app, or deletions you approved.

Quality

The archive video is HEVC, a lossy format. Frames exported from the video are re-encoded images. Exact originals are restorable only from the app's archive package while it exists on the device.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase through Apple. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Pro removes them. Ads are provided by third parties and Arte Soft EOOD is not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding and original content belong to Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you. The app includes FFmpeg under its licence.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of photos, arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms or where the law requires it.
